Crazy Mike Reserve LLC is committed to delivering premium, small‑batch coffee with exceptional quality. Because coffee is a perishable product, we are unable to accept most returns. However, we stand behind our products and will work with you if something isn’t right.

2. Non‑Returnable Items

Due to food‑safety standards, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Coffee (whole bean or ground)

  • Seasonal or limited‑release blends

  • Opened or used products

  • Items purchased on final sale

3. Eligible Return Situations

We may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order arrived damaged

  • There is a quality issue with the product

  • Your package was lost in transit (carrier verification required)
